Every UK charging app aggregates payment. Octopus Electroverse solved that and stopped there. Lumen's bet is that the unsolved problem is trust — whether a charger will actually work when you arrive, and what to do with the 20–40 minutes once it does. Motion prototyped in GSAP.

I started in electronics engineering in Jaipur and ended up obsessed with the human side of the circuit.

B.Tech at LNMIIT, design roles at Metafic and FirstCry Middle East, an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction at Nottingham, and now freelance product design and AI advisory in London, built AI-first. I approach design the way an engineer approaches a system: define the failure modes, then remove them.
